Miyu and her older brother live happily ever after they are united as older brother and younger sister. They will continue to flirt and dabble in their current state of lovemaking all the while, and eventually have two children together.

 In the process, Miyu and her older brother have a ceremony blessed by their parents and friends, and Miyu's constitution leads her to believe that she will not get pregnant unless both of them really want a child, and from that night on, they truly begin unprotected procreation and make love in the bare nude at home and on vacation.

 As lightly mentioned in the extra chapter of the label fair, Miyu entered the same high school as her older brother, and after making many happy memories with him there, she went on her way to become independent, working as much as she could to get as many qualifications as she could at a college for dressmaking.  Yuka, Sachiko, and Haruka, who are only glimpsed in the film, also have their own lives ahead of them, such as working as nursery school teachers, being paid off by men they are not dating, and starting a company full of beautiful girls.

 Yamamoto-san has come to honestly recognize her own abilities as an adult, and she spends her days in spectacular fashion, modeling and working as a news anchor. Miyu's relationship with her older brother continues during this time, and in the end, Yamamoto-san, too, will have a happy family.

 As mentioned in the purchase bonus SS, neither Miyu nor Yamamoto-san have reached the point in this work where they are completely in love with each other. The relationship is still ambiguous as siblings, friends, and lovers, but the three of them still like each other and spend their daily lives flirting with each other, and the process of loving each other sincerely as man and woman is depicted in the e-book side of the original work.
